Februarie Blogging Challenge

It's so sad... I put the Februarie Blogging Challenge picture up on the last day of February. :) I'll have to take it down soon. :( Oh well. Should have put it up earlier, but it's not TOO late!

Eyes and Naps

Whoo. Naps are fun. I just woke up. :)

This week my left eye has been bloodshot for some reason. I think it's because I've been sleeping a lot more this week. But today, my friend asked whether someone hit my eye, and one of my other friends asked if I popped a blood vessel in my eye. When I got home from school it was better. it's more red now, but not horribly. But it's blurry. Like it's been all week. I think I'm going to put some eyedrops in. :)

Ok, I was stumped on what to write, but I just saw a comercial that made me a bit angry. Who knows about those head and shoulder things of like barbies and bratz and polly pocket that you put fake makeup on? Well I just saw a Dora one. I don't know why, but that just makes me angry. Little girls are putting makeup on head and shoulders of life-like dolls, so isn't that teaching them that they should wear makeup? Just thought I'd make that point. Ok well I'm going to keep watching TV now. Bye everyone!

Toenails and Tests

About ten minutes ago I did my toenails. Now they're pretty and red. :)

Tomorrow we have another chair test, and a math test. I hate math tests, they're horrible. The chair test will be ok. I won't get first chair though. Oh well. It was fun while it lasted. Ok well this was an incredibly short post, so I'll add a picture to make it better. Now, OFF TO COMB MY WET HAIR!!! :)
Zane put this picture on my computer. It's called the three dolla ring. I don't even know why he put it on here.

30th Post And Burnt Seats

Ok, now that last post just didn't sastify me, so I'm going to write a longer one. Ok, this will be my 30th post I think. I know that's not a lot compared to the amount of posts some people have written, but still! It's 30 more than Delaney! I'm so mean.

Whoever read the post about the people smoking marijuana on the bus, they actually weren't smoking. They were burning a seat. But my head still hurts from that smell. :( Oh well. But those kids should be suspended. The only reason I said they were smoking is because everyone was freaking out and yelling "SOMEONE'S SMOKING WEED! SOMEONE'S SMOKING WEED!!!" That's why I said that. Ok well time to get ready for bed. NIGHT ALL!!!

Purrrrty Picture

Aren't I purrrrty???

Technical Difficulties

I'm writing this from my AOL today. It is formatted very strangely. Ok.

I'm waiting for my Sansa (MP3 player) to charge. My cellular device is somehow on the floor, and my lamp isn't plugged in. :( I'm confuzzled. I'm aparently having some Technical Difficulties. :)

Well, anyway, I just got out of the shower. It was very relaxing. I've had a headache since lunch today, because me and my buddy were being dumb and bumping our shoulders together very hard, and somehow it made my head hurt. But anyway, it was starting to feel better, and then, on the bus, someone decided it would be SO smart to smoke some marijuana. It made my head hurt so bad. I don't know who it was, but I think it was two kids in the back of the bus. The people in the front of the bus (including me) didn't smell it until last, but the smell didn't leave, and they couldn't figure out who! OH MY GOODNESS, HOW HARD IS IT TO FIGURE OUT WHO IT WAS??? Just smell all the kids in the back. D:< *sigh*

I'm watching a dumb movie right now. Ok, well I have to get ready for bed. Goodnight all. :)

CHAIR TEST RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I GOT FIRST CHAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone congragulate me! :))))))))))))))))) (super smile!) Well, that is the highlight of my day! I'm so happy! But, I'm kind of angry, too. The reason for that is, we have another chair test at the end of this week, so I'll be in first chair for... 5 days at the most. I have to get ready for bed now. Goodnight everyone!!!!!!!!!!! (This has been your very short post brought to you by TAYLOR!)

Books.

I'm re-reading the book The Giver. It's a really good book. Anyone who hasn't read it should. I'm almost finished with it and I started reading it at 12:00 this afternoon. Amazing, isn't it? I think I'll read it again tomorrow if I have time in school. I know that I'm crazy because I re-read things so many times, Mom. Let's see... the most times I've re-read a book was... I think maybe 7? It was a book called... Oh what was it called??? Oh yeah, The Fairy Rebel. It was a short book. I've read all of the Harry Potter books at least twice. The most I've read one of them was maybe 4 and I think it was the first one. When the seventh Harry Potter book came out, Mom and I had a reading competition, to see who could finish it first. She won. By like 2 pages, too. I was mad. There was no bet, so I didn't lose anything. I stayed up VERY late reading during that competition. And I still lost! And I got like a 2 day head start!!! UGH! Oh well.

The book I'm reading in school is taking me forever to read. I finished the book I was reading at the beginning of the year, The Thief Lord, and then I started Sea Of Trolls. I've been reading it (Or trying) for 2 quarters now. It's gotten pretty boring, that's the only reason why I've slowed down, Mom. (She kept on bugging me about why I hadn't finished it yet.) :) lol. Sorry. Ok, well I'm going to go find some cool socks. I have to start begging you for more awesome fuzzy cool socks, Mom. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (READ!!!!!!!!)

Strange Pictures and Randomness!

Right now I'm listening to Anberlin, which is a rock band. They're awesome. I love them. Not as much as Taking Back Sunday and My Chemical Romance, but I still love them. Just thought I'd say that.

I desperatly need a manicure and a peticure. I'm too lazy to pick a nail color and file my nails though. :) So Mother should take me to the salon. :))))) (super smile!!!)

I hate being sick. It stinks. This morning I slept until 12:00 and didn't get out of bed until 1:00. That is so lazy of me. But my back hurt and as soon as I stood up I would probably start coughing, so I watched TV in my room for another hour.

I'm sitting on my bed listening to music and needing to go to the bathroom. The TV is not on, Mom. I'm listening to music, writing on my blog and being bored. Well, I'll add a picture into this to make it more interesting. :)

Um... Make that three. No wait, four!
I got these from my friend. Aren't they weird/cute???

Friday, February 22, 2008

Ok, so first, I'll do what I always do. Complain/tell about my day. Then we can get to the real post. So today my back was feeling better. I wasn't coughing as much. I felt pretty good. Then I went to PE. Today was fitness day, which is where you spend half the day running or jogging, and the rest of it playing basket ball, dodge ball, or badmitten. Wednesdays and Fridays are fitness days. Well, today, we ran the Pacer. (Which was created by the devil.) The Pacer is where you run across the short side in the gym. Today I could have done like... maybe 10. We had to do 25. I didn't quit though, cuz then points would have been marked off. By the 12th run across (To that stupid elevator music playing at you, and the stupid lady's voice going 10... 15... everytime we ran 5 across) I felt like I was going to throw up or faint. I didn't, though. I just kept running, even though the muscle I pulled in my back was starting to hurt even worse, and soon it was over. I spent the rest of the period sitting out. Then I went to band, to sit up strait, plant my feet, hold an instrument up, and blow while coughing and trying to breathe. The good news is, I did very well on the chair test. Mr. Band Teacher told me so. The bad news is, I could barely play the entire time and the *UNNECESSARY LOUDNESS* of the drums, bari and tenor saxophones, trumpets, and the rest of the lower voices (Not including me) gave me a headache. Now for the real post.

I'm going to give a brief description of where I lived from the age of 4 to the age of 11.
It was flat, and anything that wasn't was made of concrete, dirt, or cow poo. At the age of about 8 I knew my way around the town. I was never allowed to go anywhere, though. But I didn't really care. It was BOILING hot. We had a pool, and a big yard. There were 4 rooms. Me and Delaney shared a room. It was a nice place, even if there were no trees. Well this has taken about two hours to write. I'm going to try and sleep now. Bye everyone.

Thursday, February 21, 2008

I just wanted everyone to know that I won't be writing the "home" post this week, as I can't really do anything with some coffee. I don't drink coffee yet. (Which makes my parents very happy, I'm sure, since my energy level is higher than they'd like already)

I'm trying to figure out how to cut my hair. It's bugging the heck outta me, because I NEED a new hairstyle before I go crazy. I'm thinking about getting real bangs or cutting my layered (side type) bangs shorter. I don't want to cut the actual length of my hair any shorter, because I'm trying to grow my hair long. :)

I have been coughing an awful lot lately, and last night I hurt my back coughing. That was very strange. All today everything hurt. Coughing, laughing, talking to loud, walking, running (PE), playing my trombone, etc. I'm hoping that tomorrow my back won't hurt as much. Goodnight all.

Wednesday, February 20, 2008

This is my 23rd post and my 20th day of posting. How awesome is that???

Well, I just wanted to let anyone who read my last post know that since today was a short day and we had short classes, so Mr. Band Teacher didn't test us today. And I forgot to get the note my mom wrote, so I had to get my advisor to write one. Luckily Mrs. Advisor is very nice. And crazy. Ask my mom, she'll tell you. :)

Last weekend during my *mid* winter break I coughed so much that it feels like I have a bruise on my left rib whenever I cough now.

I'm going to go to bed now. Goodnight everyone!!!

Isn't this AWESOME? :) I just felt like putting a picture into this. NO STANK YOU!

School Again...............................

My wonderful *Mid* Winter break is coming to a close. I'm sad. :( My trombone hasn't been repaired or fully repaired yet, so I am going to get last chair in band because I won't be able to play the playing test. I'm sad. :( But oh well, I'll get over it!

I can't wait until next weekend. I can't wait for a break already and school hasn't even started this week. :) A little funny, but my friends understand. I have to get my mom to write me a note for Mr. Band Teacher as to why I don't have my instrument. Everyone wish me a good week so the magic of... I lost my trail of thought. :) Goodnight everyone reading!!!

Anyone who is not watching that right now is heartless! Or not in front of a TV. But serioulsy, how the heck can you resist this adorable baby?!?!?!

Puffy Sleeved Dress Shirt

At the beginning of this *school* year my mom bought me a white dress shirt for band concerts. It's very pretty, but there is one flaw: The sleeves. They're really puffy and giant. I'd wear, but I chicken out because I don't like the way it makes my arms look. I want to wear it, I just always take it off. :) Just so you know that I like that shirt, Mom. I'm tired and have to go to the bathroom. Bye everyone!!!

I'm Going To A Sleepover...

I'm going to a sleepover later today, so I won't have time to do this at 9:00 at night, so I'm doing it now.

I'm watching the *FEROCIOUS SLEEPING BADGERS* comercial. Funny, isn't it? Dad is talking on the phone, Gracie is trying to be asleep, and I'm sitting on a chair. Sounds boring, right? Well, Mom and Delaney should get home from Delaney's gymnastics class soon. I have something very important thing to say:

Gracie loves her little pink squeaky toy lamb. :) NINJA SHOE!!! (Zane just threw a shoe at my Dad screaming "NINJA SHOE!!!")

What do you want?

Taylor Taylor Taylor Taylor Taylor.

You know what, leave me alone!

I have no idea why I wrote that. I don't feel good, I've been losing my voice, my throat hurts and I've been coughing. But good news, I'M GETTING A NO STANK YOU SHIRT!!!

Pet's Day

This is the announcement of an unknown holiday. Since most people don't know when their pets birthdays are, there is a set day for appreciating and celebrating your pets. It's called "Pet's Day" and it's on the 23 of February. On this day you do these things to pamper your pets:

  • Take your puppy on a walk and let them run around the house. Give them treats and play with them as much and in any way you can think of. Pet them and give them lots of treats.

  • Pet your cat and let them fall asleep on the pillow without bothering them. If they do happen to be in the way, move whatever they're sleeping on carefully, rather then pushing them off. If you have special cat treats, give them lots.

  • If you have reptiles, such as turtles, lizards, hermit crabs and whatnot, let them walk around a wet towel for a while. If you give them lettuce or fruit every now and then, give it to them. Give them baths and pamper them in any way you know.

  • If you have birds then... give them treats... I don't know, just do something nice for them, I don't know much about pet birds.

  • For all the pets I didn't mention: Do everything nice for your pets. Don't punish them, and pamper them. Spoil them this once. If you know how to make that dog and cat safe ice cream, then do. Get your pets new toys and make sure they stay out of trouble, but be extra nice to them.

Anyone that is reading this, (Mom) please spread it around. Pets like to be pampered and spoiled every once in a while too, just like you. So tell everyone you know, and tell them to tell everyone they know and HAVE FUN SPOILING YOUR PETS!!! (It's a great date, Saturday! You have the WHOLE DAY!!!)

Upcoming Event???

Today I made cookies and Nerd's valentines in preperation for the event tomorrow. I think they said it has something to do with hearts and like valentines? I think they're talking about Valentine's Day. Well, my mean principal Mrs. Principal (Girls have to wait for bathroom passes at lunch while boys just come up whenever they like, and here's Mrs. Principal, coming up and pushing us all yelling in our ears "GO WAIT OUTSIDE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM!" I think she's deaf.) told us all that we weren't allowed to have stuffed animals or balloons. Which is weird cuz tons of people have stuffed animals EVERY DAY! And you're allowed to have balloons on your birthday. She doesn't make sense. I have like *50* nerds valentines. But in middle school you don't have to give one to everyone, cuz it's not very likely someone's going to get their feelings hurt anymore. So yeah.

Tomorrow I get to celebrate, and the 15th I have another STUPID STUPID STUPID chair test. At least I can play this one. Right now one of my eyelashes is bugging me, so I'll leave it at that.

FAVORITE BAND(S) EVER!!!

I promised myself something yesterday. I'd do my homework before using my laptop... I'm a little sad. But oh well.

I'm stumped. So I'll say "IT'S NINE I HAVE TO GO TO BED IN LIKE 30 MIN TO AN HOUR!!!" I have science tomorrow... Ew... I really don't like science.

I just thought I'd make a tribute to my TWO most favorite bands in the world. On the left is Gerrard of My Chemical Romance, in the middle is Adam of Taking Back Sunday, and the dude on the right is... a guitarist in My Chemical Romance I think.

Band and hearts.... (Ew...)

So, who remembers my post "With Chair Tests In Band, All You Need Is Patience And Practice"? Only one? Thank you, Mom. Ok, well it turns out that I was wrong about one part of that. Ok two. Autumn is a real girl. And she's also OFICIALLY a real lower brass. Well, sorta. When I said she plays the bari sax, I was confused. She played the tenor sax, which is after alto. At the beginning of this *school* year, she played alto, then she switched to tenor, and, just today, she's switched to bari! It was really funny.

Who's ever seen a bari sax? THEY'RE REALLY BIG!!! Well, they also have a really low sound to. This is the highlight of my day: During warmup, Autumn tried to play the bari for the first time. She did really good, and it sounded REALLY funny. Not that it was a weird sound, just that it was just low enough that it made me laugh. Well, I cracked up in the middle of warmup (I've been laughing at nothing all day. I think it's because I was totally awake today when I went to school. Oh, and I've been getting the hiccups, which made me laugh more, which made me hiccup more!) and, thankfully, my teacher... What did I address him as? Oh yeah, (lol) Mr. Band Teacher is nice and doesn't care about things like that. If there's a lot of people doing stuff like that, he'll stop the band, shake his head slowly, and say in his froggy voice "I don't care about people who play ahead. I don't care about people who won't play. I just want this band to keep going." (Does that even make any sense???) Well, there you go. That was the highlight of my day.

Now, science is my least favorite subject of all. That is because we've had two dissections this year, and I haven't gotten a seal in his class. (He doesn't like kids.) Welllllllllllllllllllllllllll, Mr. Icky Yucky Science Teacher made us open up a poor little *SHEEP'S HEART* and stick little pieces of lable paper on pins INTO IT! Me and my friend wanted to throw up. We were, actually. But we held it in, 'cuz science would be over in like *2* minutes. That was pretty much the worst part of my day. :(

Pretty Picture

A while ago I took a really good picture of our puppy Gracie and our old dog Dakota who passed away. I showed the picture to my parents, put it on my computer, my parents got it, they sent it to my Nona and Grandpa, who LOVED Dakota so much, and they sent it off to this place that put it in a frame. Then, when we went to California to visit our family this Christmas break, my Nona and Grandpa gave the picture in the frame to my mom and dad. Mom, you were there for it, so you already know, and since you're pretty much the only one reading my blog, there's really no point in me writing this. But I thought I would anyway. Well, I was pretty much crying. It's a really nice picture.

Robots And Hot Chocolate

Today I sat around in my pajamas. I'm still in them right now. My sinus's's's's's's are congested and my throat hurt when I woke up. I slept until 12:00 until my sister and her friend woke me up playing with Gracie downstairs. Then I came downstairs, had hot chocolate and poptarts, then sat on my couch for a long time. After that I went to play a video game, and ten minutes later my brother made me stop so he could play Fable.
:( I wanted to play my little robot game! (Which is called Chibi-Robo) That was pretty much my day. Very boring.

Run Chibi, RUN!!!

PARTY!!!!!!!

Today was an awards party from 1:00 to 2:30. It was lots of fun. They had activities all over the school. There was movies, a dance, sports, games, and bingo. The only bad part was you still had to go to all of your classes.

First, my friends and I went to the dance. We goofed around a little and tried to dance two step and soulja boy, but we were unsuccesful. They're stupid dances anyway, but me and my friends can not resist the chance to dance without being stared at. (Happens at lunch sometimes.) One of the teachers was break dancing. It was pretty cool. The bad part was they wouldn't let you go get a drink of water.

After that we went to volleyball. My friends and I just watched, and we were allowed to get drinks, so OF COURSE, we did. After that we went and played airhockey and foosball. Now I'm going to a real dance, that has a pajama theme, so I'm wearing my long sleeved red pajama shirt, jeans under my pink pajama pants, and I'm about to put on some slippers. Bye everyone!

School................

So I had another test today. It was a scale test, really easy. Just 15 notes, 5 measures, up and down. I did great. So did most everyone else.

I also told my most favorite person's friend that she's really sorry and she didn't know he was grounded. (I'm a messenger, since they don't go to school together anymore.)

I also had a test in math, that I did bad on.

My science teacher had a sub, so I couldn't get the work that I missed during my field trip yesterday, and UNLUCKILY, we turned two assignments in that were ten points each, and since it's the beginning of the quarter, I now have an F because I was absent when we did one, and turned the other in.

We also tried to finish something in social studies, which most of us didn't, and I really should be working on that right now. Good bye anyone reading this.

My Field Trip To The Digipen Institute Of Technology

There was a long bus ride, a tour, another bus ride, another tour, a long lecture about how things move, another long bus ride, and a wait for my ride home. Sounds like lots of fun to me!

Bus Rides: Strangely enough, I think I liked the bus rides the most. They were fun, and me and my friends spent them taking funny pictures of eachother, joking about nothing in general, and being plain silly.

First Digipen Institute: I took pictures of a ton of digital artwork hanging on the walls, and my favorite one was a little green man, who deserved a place in my cellphone that is overcroweded with pictures. It is now my wallpaper. We looked through the library, and the HUGE computer lab, and then went to lunch. After lunch, we left for our bus to the campus.

The Campus: We walked through a hallway, I took one picture, and then we sat through a guy telling us how things move and how to make it look smooth on a computer. (He felt he had to explain how humans move too...) Me and my friend were sitting on the same chair, since there were none left at our table, and it was not that comfortable sitting like that for an hour. After an hour was up, we left to go back to school.

Since it was a late start and school started an hour and thirty minutes late, anyone going had to be there about ten minutes early. We got back at 3:00 which is about 25 minutes after school gets out. So I didn't have to go to school at all today! So much fun!!! LITTLE GREEN MAN!!!!!!!

This isn't a very good picture, the good one's on my cellular device.

With Chair Tests In Band, All You Need Is Patience And Practice

I play the trombone in my seventh grade band class with my wierd, yet funny band teacher. We've had a series of chair tests in band. The first time we had a chair test, I did a pretty good job. I got second chair, while Mr. 1st Chair got first chair (Hence his name). It was a pretty easy test actually. Well, anyway, this second test came 'round and this is where most of us failed. I practiced THAT ONE SONG for an hour the night before (Procrastination... I hate it...) the test, and Mr. 1st Chair DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT, and he still got a higher chair than me. That time he got second chair, so he's now officially Mr. 2nd Chair, and the new Mr. 1st Chair is one of the baritone players, while I became Miss Third Chair (I'm more important 'cuz I'm the only REAL girl lower brass player, so my name gets to be SPELLED out. My friend Autumn is the other lower brass girl, but she plays the bari sax, which is the next saxophone after tenor) and now we have a new playing test coming up. The test is on the 15th, and Mr. Band Teacher told us to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! He also told all of us to look at the song and try playing it on our day off, Groundhogs Day, and Super Bowl Sunday. Not gonna happen. But still, I did manage to practice that song for 20 out of 30 minutes spent practicing my trombone yesterday (Something I should do WAY more often then I do) And after practicing it a couple times, I was as good at it as the other song during the test, so I think I'll do better or this test then the last one. Imagine that. What a little practice and patience can do.

Patience can't be acquired overnight. It is just like building up a muscle. Every day you need to work on it.- Eknath Easwaran

Little Sisters...

They're NO help AT ALL!!! I asked Delaney what I should write about this post, and she said "You're asking me for a promp?" When I ask "What's a promp?" She says "Something you write about." Isn't that a "prompt"? I said "No, what should I write about for THIS POST?" she says "What's a post?" Ugh... No help at all. Well, it doesn't really help that she was reading "The Cafeteria Lady from the Black Lagoon" Next time I'll ask Mom.

Week 2 plan

So, I'm thinking really hard about what to write. This is going to go a bit out of order:

Wednesday: How my type 3 field trip (the field trip that students with all A's and B's get to go on every now and then) to the... digipen school of arts(?) went.

Friday: All of the awards/ grades I got for my last quarter

Tuesday: Decided at the time

Thursday: Decided at the time

Saturday: Decided at the time

Sunday: Decided at the time (AGAIN!!!)

Well, sounds like a decided at the time week! I can't think of much to write about right now, and I think it would be easier to decide at the time that I have to write it! Well, that's my week for ya. And to everyone reading, my sister is doing cartwheels across the living room and my dog Gracie is watching her interestedly.

My Dream Home (This will take a LONG time)

My dream home... Let me think... Well, I think that it would take a while to explain my ENTIRE dream home, so I'll tell you five rooms of it: Kitchen, Family Room, My Room, The Bathroom, and The Den.

The Kitchen: This is going to take a while... Ok, I'd love all black appliances. My appliances would include a microwave, a refrigerator, an oven, and what else would a twelve year old who loves to bake need? I don't really know... Which is a little sad seeing as I make cookies 4 times a week to the delight of my cookie dough loving brother and cookie loving parents (Delaney is both) For the walls... tan would work great.and the drawers and shelves and cabinets would be cherry wood. And there would be a GIANT pantry full of all my favorite foods and ENDLESS baking suplies so I'd never have to say "I need more chocolate chips!" again! Oh, and there'd be endless recipes on cakes, brownies, cookies, pies, and... anything else you can bake! There'd be cherry hard-wood floor that matched the drawers and shelves and cabinets, and that is about all I can think of at the moment.

The Family Room: Well, I'd have black leather couches, some sort of beige walls, and a T.V. That's not all, silly! I'd have a GIANT window, and it would look out into my GIANT yard, and the T.V. would be REALLY BIG and hang on the wall. I forget what those are called... oh yeah, flat screen! Oh, and there'd be two awesome black leather chairs (I really like black leather) and I'd still have cherry hard-wood floor. There'd be a black rug in the middle of the room, and on the rug there would be a cherry coffee table (I really like cherry wood too) There'd be lots of pretty paintings all around the room too, and a pretty firplace with bricks under the T.V. Doesn't that sound awesome?

My Room: Ok, this is where things get weird... I'd have a big (not tall, wide) cherry wood bed. It would sit in the middle of my GIANT room. My room would have yellow paint all over it (something like this) and it would have tons of writing about basically nothing that I wrote on it for no reason. I'd write things like my favorite songs and my friends names and my favorite poems or paragraphs from my favorite books or something like that, and my floors would again be cherry hard wood. I'd have my GIANT JEWLRY BOX that I'm staring at right now. My giant jewlry box is just an UNDIES drawer (and clothes... the first two drawers are for UNDIES) with a mirror on the top that closes and opens and has a place for jewlry in it. I LOVE IT! It's really cool. I'd have a really big walk-in closet with all of the clothes that I LOVE and have or don't have, and it would get the clothes I like whenever I see something I like. I'd have another flat screen, on the wall in front of my bed. I'd have a cool cherry desk facing one of my walls, and it would be REALLY BIG so I'd have enough room for my laptop and my homework and everything else I put in and on my desk. Also, on both sides of my bed, I'd have floating bedside tables with cherry wood. One wall of my room would be entirely bookshelves and there'd be a secret door in the middle that led to my SECRET LIBRARY. And my awesome bathroom which is next. Ok, and my blanket would be a darker yellow comforter (like this) and I'd have red pillows (my TWO favorite colors, red and yellow) and the sheets under my awesome comforter would be red (this color red) and it would be the most comfortable bed EVER! The lights would be awesome too. Also, any toy or game I want would be in my room! There'd be a corner in my room for practicing my trombone (hasn't happened in a while) and I'd have really big speakers for my music (my room would be soundproof so my parents don't have to listen to it too. Yeah, I'm thinking of you Mom.) well, that's about all I can think of, except for posters of my favorite bands and lots of pictures. Oh and, my room would be in the tower in our REALLY big house.

Bathroom: Ok, so my personal bathroom would be SOOOOO cool. It would be GIGANTIC, and have a sauna! there'd also be a hot tub. There would be a regular bathroom with a toilet and sink and stuff through a door. The shower would be really cool. It would have like a built in music thing so I can listen to my music while I'm in the shower. The shower itself would be like... Tile... yeah... The bath would be great, like one of those ones where you know, it's like sitting in the middle of the room and there's like steps leading up to it and like it's really square and has the cool overflow thing on the sides and stuff. The walls would be yellow. Same as my room. I would have tile floors, who know's what color, and I'd have a massage chair with a thing for soaking my feet and stuff. Oh, and there would be really nice smelling candles all over the place. Yeah.

The Den: Well... there'd be a T.V. ... and a couch... and game systems... and video games for the game systems... yeah...

Well, that would be five rooms of my dream house! Oh WAIT!!! THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!!! The backyard!

The Backyard: GINORMOUS!!! There'd be a pool, and tons of flowers that Gracie didn't eat, and she'd play outside ALL THE TIME and the grass would be awesome and there would be a deck with a table and yard chairs and there'd be a hot tub and an outdoor shower and bathroom so you didn't have to go inside and there'd be lots of pool toys and towels and lots of space to run and there'd be a garden and PALM TREES lots of palm trees. :) That basically sums up my dream backyard.

Well, I hope you've enjoyed this five room and backyard *written* tour of what my dream house would be like. Doesn't it sound wonderful???

Groundhog's Day

Well, Puxsutawney Phil made his appearance around 7:00 this morning. And guess what he predicted? 6 more cold weeks of winter. That is either and "awwwww..." or a "yessssssssss!" In my case, that would be a mixture of the 2. So it would sound like "yawwwwwssssss!..." Well, I do want 6 more weeks of winter because that means *MORE SNOW!!!* I don't want 6 more weeks of winter because that means more time until summer is here. And that means it doesn't get warm for a longer time... And that means I can't ride my bike... But we have *MORE SNOW!!!* and what is better than that? *WARM WEATHER!!!* So I'm kind of in mixed feelings right here, but oh well. At least we know that we have 6 more weeks of winter instead of wondering why it isn't beginning to warm up. Almost all of my friends had no idea today would be Groundhog's Day. Who else didn't know? Well me until yesterday. When did you figure out? My mom didn't know until I told her yesterday.
I didn't get up at 7:00 to see Punxsutawney Phil make his prediction, so I had to go figure out what he said. Mom hadn't checked either; She was waiting for me to write this so she could know whether we'd have winter or spring, and I just went up to her and told her.
It looks like winter outside. It's still cloudy and people have fires on (In our neighborhood you have a handy little light switch next to your fire that starts it for you. It's a gas fire. Very boring.) I'm no good at guessing what the weather's going to be like, but it doesn't look like it's going to snow. Well, I hope I've informed anyone reading this enough about Punxsutawney Phil's prediction, and I hope we're all at least as happy as I am (yawwwwwwsssssss!...) about his prediction. There's always next year for a different prediction!

Post Plan (Half) Week 1

I'm being smart. I've decided that to make sure I write every day this month, I'm going to plan out everything I'm going to write about per week. So at the beginning of each reward week I'm going to post about what I'm going to write about that week! Smart, right? I know. So this (half) week, this is what I'm going to write about (for the next 2 days):

  • Groundhogs Day (Which is tomorrow!)
  • My Dream House (I'm watching Discovery Home, it was the most creative thing I could come up with)

Well, that is what I'm posting about. Just so that you all know... well, I'm kind of spoiling the surprises of posting, but oh well. :) I'm so smart.

This IS MY first post!

Exclamation point, this is my first post! Finally, after my mom made her "February Challenge" she let me put up a blog! It had actually been a misunderstanding that I wasn't allowed to... She thought I was asking for a myspace when I was asking for a blog. But now I have a blog, and I'm doing my first post! (Oh, and Mom, I'm in on the "February Challenge") Mom just taught me most of what I need to know about blogging on Blogger. And she also warned me not to block her, which I wouldn't do anyway. Well, I'm kind of stumped on what to say... So I'll say I'm happy to have a blog and to be eligible for the Ferbruary Challenge! What else to say... Well, I'm glad January's over, (Very stressful month... Every single year...) and I hope February's better! That's about all I can think of right now, so I guess I'll try to post something else. Exclamation point, this was my first post!
